There existed no reason for the bombing of Iraq, and the pretext was a fraudulent report that virtually everybody knew was a fraud.  The real target, however, was far greater than anything connected with Iraq whose citizens were slaughtered as a target of convenience.  This bombing was intended to change the world, which it did.  It demonstrated that any nation who stands against the Empire, like Russia now does which refuses to be looted any further, can be targeted at any moment for the flimsiest excuse and be destroyed.  This is the calling card of the would be U.S. President, Al Gore, and his British instigator, Tony Blair.

Like Iraq, Russia lacks the resources to repulse a massive attack, but it does have nuclear waepons.  The Empire seems to hope that Russia with use them.  In fact it seeks this as a pretext to finally unleash its long cherished plan for destroying the world and most people in it as it had talked about for many decades already.

Right now we are in a boundary condition.  This Empire's planned fate for humanity may yet be averted.  The destruction of President Clinton, which brings Al Gore to power, is a key element that will decide the future of humanity.  The coup d'etat against President Clinton is the same as that which brought Adolf Hitler to power, and is instigated by the same people for the same expected result.  Still, mankind has not been defeated just yet.

When the Titanic entered the ice field its boundary condition began where its course and speed became critical, but its destruction could have been avoided.  Only when the great ship collided with the iceberg that ripped a 200 foot gash into its hull was the Titanic put beyond the point of no return, and with it, the majority of its passengers.  The ship could not be saved form this point on, by any means.

For the present world-financial system this point of no return has long been crossed.  The world-financial ship is done for.  It can no longer be saved by any means.  But for humanity, the point of no return has not yet been reached.  It won't be reached until the first missiles are launched for the destruction of Russia, or China, or Iran, India, Iraq, the Sudan, or the U.S.A..  The boundary condition terminates only at this point, or at the point when the controlling powers are eliminated that would have those missiles launched to further for their goals.

LaRouche says that this confrontation does not have to be drawn out to the last moment where it may coincide with the disintegration of the world-financial system.  None of this has to happen.  The world-financial system can be taken out of the hands of its present controllers and be put through an equitable bankruptcy reorganization.  Thus, humanity can be protected as the dying system is put to sleep before it disintegrates.  President Clinton, too, can be protected and be exonerated, and Al Gore can be removed from the White House.  The USA can even join China as an active partner in the Eurasian Land Bridge Development Project.  LaRouche can be called into the White House to launch the USA's own national and continent wide redevelopment projects.  The USA can further commit itself to build a land link to Eurasia via a 50 km tunnel cut through the bed-rock beneath the Bering Strait.

Mary Baker Eddy assures humanity that it has no need to lay itself down to die in a senseless, murderous conflict.  There are alternatives to conflict.  LaRouche has stated long ago that these alternatives are boundless economic development that create a golden age for all, based on the spiritual resource of mankind, its creative discoveries, and their application.

Indeed, what more does humanity need beside its spirituality that can never be extinguished, with which it is able to transform the world according to fundamental Principle that no one can mock with human will nor escape from in order to evade its effect?  Thus, the survival of humanity rests with itself, and the current developments provide more than just a faint hope for a bright and prosperous future, because the same 'grain of Truth' that assures mankind's survival also open's its horizon to infinity.  This makes the long sought goal of mankind's boundless self-development achievable.
