In short, the U.N. represents a cleverly orchestrated commitment to enforce the oligarchy's ages-old war on mankind; on man's status as a human being; on man's support structures for sustaining physical existence; on man's right to life; and to a large extend on man's existence on this planet.  It represents a total contradiction to what the patriots of the American Revolution had understood as self-evident truths.  In this respect, the U.N. represents a whole range of similar structures, like the Maastricht Treaty for European union, which is not specifically mentioned on the matrix.  This treaty has taken the worst aspects of the U.N. and amplified them.  It is fundamentally a framework for supranational (elitist) government without representation.  Its structure incorporates certain dictatorial condition that all governments must abide by, but which, contrary to a constitution, are not based on self-evident truths.  Governments, for instance, are forbidden by law to created direct investment financial credits for the creation of infrastructures and industrialization.  In other words, the governments that are party to the Maastricht treaty are legally prevented from taking the only possible measure that can save their nation from economic collapse.  Such long-standing nations as France, Italy, and Germany, are all on the endangered species list.  In real terms, under the Maastricht treaty, the institution of the nation-state if functionally dead, and with it the nation that becomes strangled by central oligarchic, elitist, policy.  For mankind to survive, both the U.N. and all structures of that nature, must be dismantled together.  It is impossible, for instance, to overturn the Maastricht Treaty without dismantling the U.N., for both are but different facets of the same disease.  The common good for all people, lies in the productive and protective environment of the sovereign nation state and its capacity to develop the human potential, economically, scientifically, and technologically.  Any globalization that arises from this foundation is necessarily a global development structure of organization.

In a scientific sense, the U.N. its policy, and all other institutions that the U.N. symbolizes, represent altogether a near complete contradiction to the river, Hiddekel, associated with the third column, defined as "Divine Science understood and acknowledged."  This column represents an understanding and acknowledgement of universal divine Truth in divine Science.  The U.N./I.M.F./E.U. policy commitments to the idea of elitist "Global Governance" represents the diametrically opposite of what is defined in the third column of the matrix.  The policy goals of the oligarchy's elite have nothing to do with man's scientific dominion over limitations, over nature.  They have nothing to do with understanding the fundamental principles that operate in reality, and their their universal acknowledgement in applied technologies and civil structures of government that support the development of the human potential, individually and collectively.

The nature of U.N. operations, like all oligarchic operations, reflects operations of conspiracies heaped on a pile of lies about the nature of man, and the erosions of human dignity and respect for life.  What has historically defined the mode of operation of the oligarch, has merely been given a globalist face through the U.N..  The significance of this fact cannot be understated, as the history of the U.N. is such that its initial global acceptance was achieved as the result of a monstrous conspiracy that has cost a quarter million people their life in the fire of the atomic bomb.

The final concept about the U.N. construction, that remains to be looked at in probing the nature of the U.N., is its commitment to post-industrialism.  This term has been associated with the position in the construction that relates to the fourth column.  The river for the fourth column is Euphrates, defined in part as, "Divine Science encompassing the universe and man; the true idea of God; a type of the glory which is to come; metaphysics taking the place of physics; the reign of righteousness."  This river defines the total development of man, the power of reason and understanding, developed to the highest degree possible.
