Chapter 8: The ugly face of feudalism: Fascism.

If the differences between the feudal system of economy and the infinite system were limited to financial inflation, their effect might be tolerable.  This is true, because the financial aggregates, themselves, even before they crash, are largely unrelated to reality.  But there is much more lost in the feudal economic and financial system, than what evaporates by its recurring crashes of financial values.

The divergence that is indicated between points B and C in Appendix 4, which indicates the size of financial inflation, should not exist.  This creates a whole new social situation.  We see a growing deficit on the physical platform where we should see a net-gain.  What we should see is indicated by the positive curve shown in Appendix 5 - the curve of "Real income and Physical production" that should have followed the monetary curve that also represents physical inputs and infrastructures.  Curve B in Appendix 4, which represents purely financial aggregates, should be a steady zero.

The question may be asked, here, what has this to do with fascism?

The answer is not obvious, but it is a fundamental one.  It is best discovered if one explores the loss suffered by society under the feudal economic system.  This loss must be measured by its effect on society in terms of lost productive capability.  The differential between curve B in Appendix 4 (which should represent the society's physical product, but represents financial aggregates instead) and curve C which represents the present state of the physical product, indicates the incurred loss to society that results from its adherence to feudalism.  This loss is huge.  It translates itself into immeasurable social destruction, even large scale loss of life.  Loss of life, by act of policy, defines the very heart of the nature of fascism.

The deficit that exists between the "Real Income" curve in Appendix 5 (which shows where mankind should presently be according to the natural dynamics of unfolding life), when compared with the dramatic drop that has occurred under the present feudal economic system (shown in Appendix 4 by curve C and D)  represents the measure of suffered that is imposed upon humanity world-wide.

This suffering has many faces.  Each one is tragically real.  Each one is felt daily, on a global scale.  Nor will this difference be automatically erased by a sudden crash in the markets, because the axioms remain that create the differential.  A sudden crash in the markets tends to increase further that already huge gap between real income and the potential income under the infinite system, that the parasitism of feudalism has created.  The truth of this is born out by the deep depression that followed in the wake of the 1929 stockmarket crash.

The real dimension of the losses which the world currently suffers under the yoke of feudalism, cannot be imagined.  This dimension necessarily includes the loss of a prosperity that is inherent in the infinite system of economics, which humanity has been prevented from experiencing.  The society is certainly able to measure the loss in the size of its market basket, which has shrunk by half since the mid 1960s.  Except this loss is puny, compared to the real loss that includes the unrealized potential under the yoke of feudalism.  And even this figure is puny if one takes the projection backwards in time to the beginning of feudalism on the planet.  It is conceptually impossible to gage the size of the real loss that is suffered because of feudalism, as this loss must also include the dynamic multiplier of all real progress, compounded over many centuries, the effect of which has been prevented.  That status of civilization always unfolds in proportion to the dynamics of the unfolding of life, unless this self-development is prevented.
