Now, since the domain of speculation is divided into two halves, it becomes apparent that each half can be associated with its adjacent domain, whereby two diametrically opposite structures emerge (shown in Appendix A, Figure 3). It also becomes apparent that the two structures are in fundamental conflict with each other by their opposite natures. It becomes further apparent that both structures are powered by respective forms of 'speculative' activity, which is pivotable in distinguishing their natures. This is indicated in Figure 3.
It was noted earlier that the matrix can also be perceived as four columns of vertically adjacent elements, to represent the developmental progression of a certain idea. If one adapts this concept to exploring the nature of feudalism and oligarchism a rather interesting picture emerges, as shown in Appendix A, Figure 4.
An oligarchy has two main goals: to loot society, and to maintain its power. Each of these can be divided into two columns. The looting system has two major components: colonialization (the cartelization of resource industries and banking), and slavery (free-trade economics, debt-bound economics, money-estate economics). The power maintenance system can likewise be divided into two components, or two columns, according to the two 'pillars' on which the oligarchy's security rest: creating poverty, and creating impotence. It requires these two pillars to prevent the normal development of society that would put an end to oligarchic looting and the Empire's existence.
At the present time, poverty is created through deindustrialization, which includes devolution of education, mysticism, and deculturalization. Each one of these areas is intensely pursued. The other pillar is impotence. It is created through depopulation, which includes manipulated environmentalism, gang to gang warfare, terrorism, fascist genocide, and the denial of economic development. Another phase of creating impotence, is assassination.
Each one of these areas is intensely pursued. In fact, each of the four columns is of equal importance to the Empire. The oligarchy appears to be fully aware of this, as each of the four projects is pursued with great, and near equal intensity.
The four projects, however, are also well obscured. The most obscured, naturally, is the project of creating impotence. For this goal two world wars were created. The results, although, disappointed Bertrand Russell who complained that wars proved to be ineffective for depopulation.
Depopulation has been preached by the Empire for well over a century. Bertrand Russell was a relative late comer to the game. The foundation for the depopulation ideology was laid by Malthus, Darwin, and Galton. Their antipopulation theories, such as the eugenics theory, have furnished the excuse for the murdering of tens of millions of human beings, like Hitler's extermination of the Jewish people. Today, a new Hitler, the self-made President (dictator) of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, is reaping another horrible harvest of death for the Empire in central Africa, under its careful guidance. Massive genocides are also planned for Russia, North Korea, Brazil, and all the western (once) industrialized nations. Different methods appear to be planned for the various nations. In Russia and North Korea a depopulation process is already far afoot through induced starvation. In the industrialized nations the depopulation goal is presently pursued by means of environmental objectives, such as through the Global Warming myth for which the use of fossil fuels is to be cut back or eliminated, without an alternative in nuclear energy production, to make up for the loss.
It cannot be mentioned often enough that without large scale energy use a modern economy cannot function. By curtailing energy production the world's population becomes deprived of its means for existence and becomes left to die. If fossil fuel pollution was the real target in the environmental game, then, nuclear energy production would have been proposed as an alternative. Nuclear energy is safe, pollution free, more efficient, and utilizes a near infinitely available fuel resource. But, this is not what has been happening. Nuclear energy is as much under attack, today, from the environmentalists camp, as fossil fuel energy use is.
